• Order total must meet the minimum after any discounts are applied.

• Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Please note: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders usually ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Transit time depends on the carrier and your delivery location.

• Your order may ship from one of our warehouses in China, the United States, or Hong Kong. The warehouse is selected based on the product and your shipping address.
